The theme: What colour is your cat?
The aims of the lesson:
a) to to teach pupils to work creatively and introduce new words, expressions according to the theme;
b) to develop pupils’ skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking speech;
c) to develop the interest to English language, to be able to talk about colours.

- Talking with the pupil on duty:

- Now open your books and exercise-books. @Write today’s date and new theme in your exercise-books. Today’s our new theme is “Which room do you like?”
II. Phonetic drill:

III. Checking up the hometask

3. Speaking:
Making up of the dialogue using new words.
e.g. – Have you got a cat?
– Yes, I have.
What colour is your cat?
It is brown (white, yellow, etc.)
V. Practice

VI. Doing exercises:
Let’s do exercises: 2, 3, 5 p.69
Ex;2 p68 Let’s read and translate the dialogue.
Ex:3, 5 p.69 listen and answer the questions.
VII. Now, it is time solve the crosswords. Look at the Interactive board and the questions.
VIII. Giving home task:
Ex. 13, p. 70- write about yourself using the questions in ex 11
