It’s time to say Hello
And start our Tamchy Show.
Good afternoon, boys and
girls, dear guests! Today we’ll play the game “Tamchy show”. We have got two
teams:.... Introduce yourselves, please.

To begin with we need the

1. The first task for you is to
answer the questions about Great Britain. Each team is to answer 5 questions.
1) What parts does the United Kingdom consist of?
2) Where is the UK
situated?
1) What is the UK
washed by?
2) What region is known as the “garden
of England?”
1) What English cities are famous
for their universities?
2) What cities are the two great
centres of Scotland?
1) What is the capital of Wales?
2) This monarch ruled for the
longest period in the English history, for 64 years.
1) What is the flower of the
Christmas season?
2) What is the flower that you
can see on the surface of a lake?

look at the pictures on the screen and try and remember as many things as you
can. Then you will answer my questions.

Dear students, look at the
screen and guess the words on it. Yes, that’s right, they are “Great Britai n”.

up as many words as you can using the letters of the words “Great Britain”.
