ЗАНЯТИЯ:
I. Организационная
часть (2 минуты) – проверка наличия студентов и их готовность к уроку;
мобилизация студентов на тему урока;
T.: - Good morning, dear students! I’m
glad to see you. Sit down, please.
Ss.: Morning, dear teacher.
T.: - Is everybody here? Who’s absent today?
Ss.: Everybody is here.
T.:- How’s it going?
Ss.: Good.

T.: Look at the
screen, please. What can you see there? (изображения датчиков)
Ss.: (выражают
свое мнение об увиденном) a device, a gadget, a sensor.
Т.: Right you are.
Today we are talking about sensors, different types of sensors and their
functions. On the board you can see some words which will help you to express
your opinions.

T.: Tell me,
please, where can we use sensors in our everyday life? What are the main
reasons for us to use them?
Ss.: We use
sensors at factories, at home, while working with cars and so on to detect
smoke, to measure the temperature, gas, pressure etc.
T.: Thank you for

Now I want you to
work all together. Let’s start with the Active Vocabulary. Listen to
me, look at the new words and be ready to repeat them after me, please. (Ss.
and the Teacher work on the pronunciation of the Active Vocabulary) (Приложение 1)

sensors?
3. What are they used for?

T.: You
are quite right. Sensors are really useful in our everyday life. They are used
everywhere.
And we can’t imagine our life without them.

let’s do task 1 in your copybooks in written form. (Приложение 3)

the
information from the text.)
T.: In task 2 you should explain the main idea of the following types of
sensors according to the
Model given below. (Приложение 3)

much. Now we gonna watch a short Episode about the types and the usage of
sensors in our modern life.

T.: Now tell me, please: Can you remember, what sensors were mentioned in the
video?
