Цель урока: Ознакомить учащихся с
традициями празднования Пасхи в Великобритании.
Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
1.Практиковать учащихся в монологической речи,
аудировании и чтении по темe.
Развивающие:
1.Развивать память, логику, лингвистсическую
догадку.
2.Развивать речевые, творческие способности.
Воспитательные:
Воспитать у учащихся уважительное отношение к
культуре и национальным традициям страны изучаемого языка.
Практические:
1.Активизация и расширение лексического
запаса.
2. Формирование и развитие навыков
монологической речи, аудирования и чтения.
Оснащение урока: презентация по теме картинки
на пасхальную тему,карточки с заданиями, настольная игра.
Ход урока:

Оргмомент. Приветствие учащихся.

Т: Hello, children. I’m happy to see you here.
Today we’ll have an unusual lesson we’ll speak about the most important
religious holiday – Easter. I think it’ll be very interesting for both of us.

Т: Let’s begin!

Т: Do you like the weather today? Yes. It’s warm
and sunny outdoors. And what is the season? Yes, it’s spring. And the spring is
the time when people celebrate the most important Christian holiday - Easter.
And today we’ll know the traditions of celebrating Easter. Its symbols and
another interesting facts and have some fun!

is Easter and when people celebrate it.
Easter is
celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon in spring. That’s why
it’s on a different date each year.
It is a
Christian festival celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

There are also Easter parades in the UK and in America. People wear Easter
bonnets, decorated with spring flowers.
People in England
enjoy the traditional Good Friday breakfast of hot cross buns. They are
small cakes that have a cross on the top. The cross is a symbol of
Christianity.
And now I want
to sing with you the song “Hot Cross Buns”. Listen to the song. Then

symbols.
Eggs symbolize
new life. Bunny, chick, lamb and flowers (tulips, lilies and daffodils) are
associated with Easter because they are born in the spring.

T: There are two
Easter games with eggs: “Hunt the egg” and “Egg rolling”.
The legend says
an “Easter bunny” hides eggs in the garden and children have to find them on
Easter morning. Sometimes the eggs are put in a basket.
Egg rolling is
very popular in England and it’s an Easter Monday sport. Children roll
hard-boiled eggs down a hill.

some tasks for you.
1. Match
the pictures.These are some pictures on the blackboard, I want you to
match the words and the pictures.
2. Easter
Word search. Now let’s see what Easter words do you know. Work in
groups of three or four. (“Word search egg”)
3. Easter
Bingo. Do you remember our bingo game? I know you like it, and today
I’ve prepared The Easter Bingo. I’ll name the symbol and you have to find it on
your cards. And the first pupil with an all closed fields card will be the
winner! Let’s play!
4. Bunny’s
story.
TASK 1
Work in pairs, look at the words in Task 1 and write theme in the correct
categories. One word should be left at the end.(bouquet) (Проверка всем классом)

Animals: a bunny, a chick, a lamb, Food: an egg, chocolate, a carrot, Nature: a
daffodil, a tulip, a tree, Actions: to colour, to hide, to find.
TASK 2
Now answer the questions in task 2. (Проверка всем классом)

TASK 3
Now work individually and complete the story, looking at the pictures. You may
refer back to Task 1 if necessary. Then you’ll read the story. (Учащиеся

TASK 4 Now
let’s remember the story. Sentence by the sentence, one by one using only your
memory.
5. Easter
egg hunt
1)What game the
bunny, the chick and the lamb are going to play at the end of the story? The
game is about hiding and finding eggs. This is a card with hided eggs and you
have to find as mane eggs as you can for 1 minute. Use you crayons to colour
the eggs. Now let’s count how many eggs you’ve found.
2) Now let’s
play the real egg hunt. (board game)
