Theme: School.

Aims: to develop skills of speaking, reading, writing and listening, to train the words in oral and written speech, to develop creative and independent abilities of the pupils.


Equipment: computer, interactive board, cards with tasks and texts, paper and markers.

















































Ход урока.


1. Мозговой штурм. При помощи кроссворда учащиеся определяют тему урока. Правильно вставив буквы по горизонтали, у них должно получиться слово-тема урока. Предлагаемый кроссворд.

2. Словарная работа. Повторение слов по данной теме. Работа в группах. Каждая группа составляет кластер по заданной теме.

3. Речевая зарядка. Беседа по пройденной в 6 классе теме “Schools in England

Учащиеся в группах вспоминают информацию по данной теме и затем высказываются.

4. Работа с текстом “Schools in Kazakhstan

Текст читают в группах и выполняют задания по тексту. Текст и задания прилагаются. Здесь же дается аудирование. Учащиеся слушают предложения и отмечают, правильные они или нет. Если нет, то предложение необходимо исправить.


I. Read the text and do the following tasks.

Education in Kazakhstan Before going to school, children attend kindergartens until they are six. Compulsory education begins in our country at the age of six when children go to primary school. They study at primary school for 5 years: one year in a preparatory class and 4 years at primary school. Children learn to read, to write and to count. They study Maths, Russian, Kazakh, Nature Study and other subjects. The secondary stage begins from the 5th form when children start studying a lot of new subjects, such as Literature,


History, Natural Sciences and others. Most of secondary schools are comprehensive and state. Examinations are taken at the end of the 9-th and the 11-th forms, but in some schools, pupils take exams in core subjects at the end of each form. Some children may leave school after the 9-th form and continue their education at colleges. Besides secondary schools there are other types of schools in Kazakhstan. There are specialized secondary schools with intensive study of a certain subject, for example Foreign Languages, Literature, Physics and others. They are usually private. There are also specialized art, music, ballet and sport schools for gifted children and special schools for handicapped children. Secondary education in our country is free of charge. Among secondary schools there are gymnasiums, colleges and lyceums. They can be state and private.

5. Проектная деятельность “School of the Future”

В группах сначала обсуждаются цели и задачи проекта, распределяются обязанности. В результате работы ребята должны показать и рассказать, какой они видят школу будущего. Защита проекта.

Описание:

 

      Данный урок – третий урок по теме “Education”, поэтому он имеет значимость в данном цикле, так как учащиеся только отрабатывают новые слова и знакомятся с информацией по данной теме.

 

     На данном уроке повторяется тема “Schools in Britain”, но основная работа проводится по теме “Schools in Kazakhstan”- это и новые слова по теме, и работа с текстом и аудирование. На тему урока выходим через кроссворд, отгадав который, ребята узнают тему урока.

 

    В конце урока ученики разрабатывают проект «Школа будущего в Караганде», ребята работают в группах и потом защищают свой проект.  

 

  На данном уроке развиваются навыки говорения, письма, аудирования и чтения.
