Цели:
социокультурный аспект – знакомство с таки реалиями, как: the Changing of the Guard, Windsor, Windsor Castle,
Canterbury, Canterbury Tales;
развивающий аспект – развитие способности к сравнению и сопоставлению
речевых единиц; способности узнавать знакомые грамматические структуры в новом
содержании;
воспитательный аспект – формирование потребности и способности понимать
образ жизни и поведение зарубежных сверстников;
учебный аспект – развитие умения читать, различать жанры написанного
(письмо, запись на открытке, статья из газеты), извлекать информацию о культуре
страны из текста;
сопутствующая задача: развитие умения говорить на основе прочитанного.
Речевой материал:
рецептивный: лексический
– an attraction, an impression;
продуктивный: грамматический – Present Perfect, Past Simple, Past Progressive.
Оборудование: интерактивная доска, презентация, аудиомагнитофон,

lot of photos in my album. Listen to the description of London sights and say
what place of interest it is.
1) They are long grey buildings with towers. The large
clock in one of the towers is ‘Big Ben’. The members of the British Parliament
work in these buildings.
