by this modern English writer.
- Well, try to guess what
the story is about. Discuss it in pairs. A couple of minutes.
- Let’s listen to you.
- Who will be the main
character of the story? What do you know about him? What is he?
- Well, I ordered this book
because in our SBs there is an extract from it. Let’s find out if you were
right or wrong. Read one by one.
- Find the answers for the
following questions (Слайд 3.) in
pairs. (ex.3) What kind of story is it?
- Well, you’ll be
detectives with Marcel today. What will the mice investigate?
- Well, Let’s see what
happened in the story. In groups, try to put the events in the correct
order. (На 3 кубиках (по количеству
групп) предложения из текста, которые нужно расположить по порядку) Number in your exercise books.
- a) Somebody has some letters.
- b) The two friends sit and talk.
- c) He’s going to give them to the British museum in

your version.

ending. Everyone, write the number of the group – 1, 2 or 3.
