открытого урока по английскому языку в 11-м классе.
Обоснование проблемы: ухудшение
здоровья школьников.
Актуальность проблемы: дефицит
информации для подростков о здоровом образе жизни, правильном питании и
двигательной активности.
Тема:
Healthy Eating Guide
Цели урока:
повышение мотивации учащихся в изучении английского языка посредством связи
процесса изучения языка с реальной жизненной ситуацией; обобщение и закрепление
материала по теме, составление правил правильного питания.
Задачи: - развивающий аспект:
·
развивать коммуникативные умения (сравнение и
сопоставление речевых единиц, формулирование основной мысли высказывания);
·
совершенствовать навыки ведения полилога;
·
развивать умения работать с информацией;
·
развивать и поддерживать интерес к предмету.
- обучающий
аспект:
- систематизировать материал по теме «Eating»;
- формирование активного словаря по теме;
- анализировать продукты питания с точки
зрения их пользы для здоровья;
- оценивать важность здорового питания;
- развивать у учащихся умение творчески
использовать усвоенный материал в новых ситуациях общения.
- воспитательный
аспект:
- воспитывать здоровые привычки;
- культуру поведения;
- культуру здорового питания;
- расширение знаний о влиянии различных
продуктов питания на организм;
- формирование ответственного отношения к
здоровью;
- создать предпосылки для формирования
активной позиции по вопросам здоровьесбережения.
Тип урока: урок с доминированием
коммуникативной мотивацией.
Методы: интерактивный,
словесный, наглядный, практический.
Оборудование:
Магнитофон, мультимедиа проектор, ПК,
мультимедиа презентация по теме «Healthy Eating Guide», упаковки
от различных продуктов питания с информацией об их составе, стикеры красного,
желтого, зеленого цвета для маркировки, раздаточный материал.
Ход урока
1. Начало урока. Приветствие.
Оргмомент.
Teacher: Glad to meet you, dear boys and girls, guests and
teachers! We are very happy to see you at our lesson. How are you getting on
today? I hope you are fine and are ready to work hard at our lesson. What
shall we do today? We are going to deal with the very important problem. Your
task is to listen to the song and try to guess what is the theme for today’s
lesson? (дети слушают песню «I like food.).
2. Презентация темы и задач.
Teacher: I am sure it is very important to be
healthy. Health was valued greatly in all times and in all countries. People
can buy different things but they can't buy their health. You can't be good at
your studies or work, when you are ill. I would like you to pay your attention
that health is not something that comes to you by accident. Our health depends
on many things: the food we eat, our good or bad habits, our physical activity.
So the topic of our lesson is "Healthy Eating Guide". Children, will
you read the epigraph to our lesson? ("A sound Mind in a Sound
Body".)
T: How do you understand it? (В здоровом теле
здоровый дух).
T: Do you know any more proverbs about health? (An apple
a day keeps the doctor away. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man
healthy, wealthy and wise. Good health is above wealth.)
-Today we’ll talk about healthy eating habits and dieting. We’ll discuss
healthy types of food. Winter is a cold season, isn’t it? Many people often
get a cold in winter. But healthy food may prevent you from getting sick. I
hope that our co-operation will be important and useful for you and for me. You
see that your health is in your own hands. Thousands years ago ancient Greeks
said: The ‘first ‘wealth is health. ‘Health is the best wealth”. These words
will be a redline of today’s lesson. The motto of our lesson is “ Learn English
and you’ll be lucky!” . You are divided into 3 groups.
-First I want you to remember proverbs about
eating, but the words have mixed. Can you put them in the correct order to make
the proverbs, please.
(eat to live, not live to eat; an apple a day keeps a doctor
away; gluttony kills more than sword). Can you ask questions we have to
answer, please. 1) Why should we eat? 2) What should we eat?
3) How should we eat?
1) Can you answer the first question. 1) Why should we eat?

we should eat to be healthy
To sum up – We eat to live not live to eat.
2) Can you answer the second question. 2) What
should we eat?
T: Учитель обращает внимание учащихся на слайд, на котором
изображена шоколадк и яблоко и спрашивает учащихся, что, по их мнению, лучше и
полезнее для их здоровья:
– Which is better and healthier for your body: an apple
or a chocolate bar?
Затем учитель интересуется, задумывались ли учащиеся о пользе
съеденного:
– Do you think about what you are putting in your body before you eat
anything?
Many teenagers don’t eat healthy diets. You should take more care with what
you are eating! You should change your eating habits to improve your health.
“Health is above wealth! ‘
Do you agree with this proverb?
Why do you think that health is above wealth?
P1: If you have health you can earn money and become a very rich person.
P2: Health is more important than wealth because a healthy person is a
successfull person.
P3: If you are healthy you are in a high mood and you can work well and get
much money.
P4: It is better to be healthy than wealthy because a healthy person has no
headache and he can work hard and become wealthy.
Teacher: I agree with you. It is easy for a healthy man to earn money. If a
person has good health it is not difficult for him to make a career. Health is
very important for everybody. Today we have to make rules for our Healthy
living guide, rules about healthy eating. Do you agree? ( Yes, we do. / All right).
-Then we start!

P4: That is wrong. Eating low-fat food is a good habit.

P5: That is right. Exercising is good for health.
2. Речевая зарядка
о предпочтениях в еде, продуктах здорового питания, последствиях нездорового
питания. Фронтальный опрос “How
often do you eat…?”. ( pine-apple,
cherry, raspberry, apples, cheese,
sandwiches, caviar, banana, chicken,cakes.)
3. Беседа с
учениками по вопросам с целью закрепления навыка употребления ЛЕ и развития
устноречевых умений. (Т → Р1, Р2). Let’s talk
about your eating habits.
- What food do you like to eat?
- What products do you usually buy?
- Do you like sweets? Do you eat a lot of sweets?
- What fruit and vegetables do you prefer?
- Do you sometimes eat at night?
- How often do you snack?
- What products containing fibre do you know?
- Are you fond of different kinds of desserts?
- How many times a day do you eat?
- Do you skip breakfast?
- What do you usually eat for breakfast? (porridge, oatmeal
or buckwheat, a glass of tea or coffee bread with butter and cheese, an
apple or an orange)
- Do you like sandwiches? (Yes, I do. They are tasty and
easy to be cooked)
4. Poem. “I like sandwiches.”
Sandwiches are beautiful.
Sandwiches are fine.
I like sandwiches; I eat them all the time.
I eat them for my supper and I eat them for my lunch.
If I had a hundred sandwiches, I eat them all at once.
A sandwich may be egg or cheese or even peanut butter,
But they all taste so good to me,
It isn’t even matter,
Jam or ham or cucumber, any kind will do.
I like sandwiches,
How about you?
P: We like sandwiches too.
5.Teacher: So you see one interesting saying “Eat at pleasure,
drink with measure “ (Ешь в волю, пей в меру).
You know that there are many sayings and proverbs about eating in English
language. Let’s see how well you know them.
Match the English proverbs with their equivalents.
1) The appetite comes with eating.

translation. Try to guess.

(Учащиеся проговаривают слова в режимах: учитель –
ученики; учитель – ученик).
III.Систематизация полученных знаний.
1.Teacher: One more task. One word in a line is logically incorrect.
Find it and explain why it is extra.
Find the odd word and cross it out.

- carrot, melon, onion, cabbage, potatoes,
- grapes, apple, pear, plum, nut,
- beer, lemonade, tea, sugar, coffee,
- ice-cream, toast with jam, pea-soup, cake.
IV. Совершенствование речевых умений.
1.T: Can you choose foods most useful for our health.
– They are :
- five food group combines milk, meat, fruit, vegetables,
grain.
- other food group combines sweets, cakes, chocolate…
Проанализировать состав продуктов каждой группы
и сделать вывод, почему первая группа полезна для здоровья, а вторая – менее
полезна.
2.. Работа в
группах. Для каждой группы выдается упаковка от различных продуктов питания,
задача каждой группы – проанализировать состав продукта и дать рекомендации по
употреблению продукта. Для маркировки продукта можно использовать правила
светофора, маркируя продукты красным (не употреблять – вредно для здоровья),
желтым (не употреблять в большом количестве), зеленым (полезно для здоровья). Your
task is-to analyse these products and give the recommendation of usage (употребления). Работа с проектом. (stick
the stickers)
We should eat less high-calorie food
We should eat more low fat food
We should eat high fibre food
Little sugar, more vegetables and fruit.
We should keep to balanced diet.

2. Do you find junk food healthy or harmful?
3.Junk food –is it a problem in Russia or not yet?
4.What would you prefer – mother’s soup or junk food?
3. Определение диеты составляется поэтапно. Ученикам
предлагается привести слова (существительные, прилагательные, глаголы), которые
ассоциируются со словом «диета». Из полученного списка слов формулируется определение - Diet is a specially settled
way of eating to reduce and to control calorie value of nutrition.
Обсуждение отношения учащихся к диете проходит
в режиме полилога, когда каждый ученик может высказаться по теме и поспорить с
одноклассниками.
4.. Сan you answer the third
question of our plan. How often should we eat?
It is an individual matter, but here are some guidelines:
- Avoid going without eating food for more than 4 hours
- Eat some fruit if meals are delayed
- Adjust the time and amounts to your own hunger and
satisfaction
To eat well is an art. The body must be well nourished and
furthermore one should feel content but not overstuffed after eating.

обращается к ученикам:
Everybody
knows the proverb “An apple a day keep a doctor away”. It’s true. Do you know
that one medium apple contains just 70 calories and is a good source of vitamin
C? I have special presents for you. Take these apples and be healthier! Apple
is the symbol of health.
