Когда мне пришла идея разработать
сценарий конкурса, я решила провести анкетирование учащихся, потому что поняла,
что придумать их ответы мне просто не хватит фантазии. Было опрошено 100
учащихся и выбраны самые популярные, но в то же время самые интересные и
необычные ответы.
Конкурс-игра имеет своей целью
повысить у обучающихся мотивацию к изучению английского языка, способствует
развитию познавательной активности и коммуникативной культуры, а также развитию
таких умений и навыков как:
- давать характеристику и оценку
фактов с опорой на субъектный опыт;
- работать в команде;
- развивать навыки
неподготовленного говорения.
Конкурс состоит из четырех туров и
супер-игры. Вся игра напоминает аналогичную игру, показываемую на телеканале
“Россия”. В конкурсе принимают участие две команды.
Оборудование для
игры:
кнопка для определения очередности, презентация.
Presenter: Now we are
starting our contest. The contest consists of four rounds and the final one.
Let me introduce my helpers. They will
count the points and do everything we need during the game.
Today two teams are taking part in the
game. I give the floor to the first team. Команда
представляется, объявляя свое название и объясняя, почему они выбрали такое
название, капитан коротко представляет членов команды, например, “This is
Dasha. She
is very creative. The motto of her life is “Live and let others live”.
Now I give the floor to the second team. Вторая
команда представляется. Далее во время игры в паузах между турами ведущий
общается с командами по очереди, задавая вопросы на тему школы, школьной жизни,
свободного времени.
I. The first
round. Каждый
тур начинается с отборочной игры. Вызывается по одному игроку от каждой
команды.
Presenter: Now we are
starting the first round. I invite one player from each team. I’ll
ask you a question. You should push the button of the signal and do it as
quickly as possible. After you answer we will see if there is such a variant on
the board. Then we will listen to the second participant and see if there is
such a variant on the board too. Then we’ll compare. The team whose player has
got more points will start the first. If one of you guess the most popular
answer the right to answer automatically goes to his/her team.
Each player of the team will answer the
same question. If there is such an answer it will be opened on the board. After
three slips the right to answer comes to the opposite team. It should give
answers and the captain should choose one of the variants of his/her own
choice. It can be the captain’s answer. If they guess they get all the points
of the opened variants. If not, all the points come to the opposite team.
The most popular answer has the most
points.
So, the first question is – What cannot
students go to school without?

описанным выше правилам. Варианты ответов представлены на презентации и
открываются по мере их угадывания участниками конкурса (данную функцию
выполняет помощник с помощью интерактивной доски).

teachers usually tell a pupil if he/she is not ready for the lesson? Далее игра

The third round.

IV. The forth round. It is called “The
other way round game”.
Presenter: We are beginning
the forth round. Each team should discuss the answer to the question and
give a common version. In this round the least popular answer has the most
points.
So, the forth question is – What do pupils
usually tell their parents if they don’t want to do their homework?

и дают ответ, выбранный большинством. Открывается табло. После подсчета очков,
набранных в трёх турах, определяется победитель.

game. В
последнем туре играет команда-победитель, вернее два её участника.
Presenter: We are beginning
the final round. One player leaves the classroom. The other one will answer
five questions. Then the second player comes in and answers the same questions.
If s/he gives the same answers the hand bell rings (my helpers will do it) and
s/he must change his/her answer quickly.
